Ordering and Shipping Policy

Ordering Details

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order after it's placed, please note that we may deduct a payment processing fee (2.4%-3.4%, depending on payment method) from the refund. Alternatively, we can provide a full store credit.

‍Shipping Information

Processing and Handling: Each order is carefully prepared in our studio. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Rates:  

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders over $200 and international orders over $300. Domestic Orders Under $200: Varying flat rates offered for individual products so that we can offer you the most cost-effective shipping options.  

International Orders Under $300: Carrier rates offered via DHL Express or USPS depending on the destination. Shipping times vary based on location.

Tracking: All orders include tracking, which we’ll share with you upon shipment confirmation. 

Please note: Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected, or returned-to-shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
